Day 6: Favorite starter of each type. No, you aren't reading the title incorrectly. Between sketches being disagreeable, running out of time, and simple laziness, I didn't complete the last few days. After the month is over, I'm planning on going back to the days I missed the first time through.

Back on the current topic, drawing this proved two things. First, I don't like drawing shoes. Second, despite how much I apparently like posing them as such, I have trouble drawing canine chests from a front view. Also, I really need to keep my pencils sharper, but I'm not sure how successful I'll be in keeping up with that.

While treecko's may be my favorite starter line, turtwig is probably my favorite starter. Not only is fennekin the best gen VI starter—especially after seeing Dave's gif—it also has my favorite stage 2 evolution of any starter line. Squirtle I happily blame on Vivian's surprising survivability in my FireRed nuzlocke.
